Refund & Return Policy

At Vira Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

COD Refunds: Since all orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide when submitting your return request.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, we are unable to process requests unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • Item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

4. How to Request a Return

  • Email info@vira-store.com with subject: "Return Request – Order #[your number]"
  • Include your full name, delivery address, order number, and reason for return
  • Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or transit damage), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping. If the error is ours, we provide a prepaid return label.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are issued via bank transfer within 5–10 business days. Please provide your IBAN and account holder name with your return request.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us at info@vira-store.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Wrong Item Received

Contact us within 48 hours. We will send the correct item and arrange collection of the wrong one with a prepaid return label.

9. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, you may refuse delivery and request a return — return shipping costs may apply.

10. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Notify us in writing at info@vira-store.com before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise agreed.
