Shipping Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD): All orders on vira-store.com are fulfilled exclusively with Cash on Delivery. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of your parcel — no online payment is required.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking information.

2. Delivery Areas

Vira Store currently delivers to the following European countries: Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.

If your country is not listed, contact us at info@vira-store.com before ordering.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch
  • Express delivery (where available): 3–7 business days after dispatch

These are estimates only and may vary due to courier workload, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and order size. The exact fee is displayed before you confirm your order. Promotional free shipping offers may apply from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate in the carrier's system.

6. Cash on Delivery – Important Notes

  • Payment is made in cash directly to the courier at delivery
  • Please have the exact amount ready if possible
  • If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery the following business day
  • Repeated refusals may result in restrictions on future orders from your address

7. Failed Deliveries

After 2–3 failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be held at a local depot or returned to us. If returned due to failed delivery or refusal, reshipping costs may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it without noting the damage with the courier, or refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For lost parcels, email us at info@vira-store.com with your order number. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

9. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, extreme weather, customs clearance, strikes, or force majeure events.
